2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
We will restore the removed material if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any users who are repeat infringers of copyright or who violate our Terms of Service.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
